Grain Notices

Please note that all CHS Southwest Grain locations only receive wheat of 14.0% moisture or less.

If a change is needed on your grain tickets, you must contact the office within 24 hours. If your ticket is marked as contract, but you do not have a contract, the ticket will be sold as spot unless the office is notified.

Direct Deposit is now available! Contact your elevator for forms and more information. Direct deposits can not be made to producers with a lien or for deferred payments.

Deferred Payment Program

CHS Southwest Grain offers a Deferred Payment Program at our grain locations. Please see the documents at right for more information regarding this program.

If you choose to defer payments, please contact your local CHS Southwest Grain accountant to establish the date you want to defer payments to. You will need to review and fill out the Deferred Payment Contract Attachment Form and the Deferred Payment Contract Policy.

You can amend your deferred payment contract when your current deferred payment agreement expires by filling out the Agreement to Amend & Restate Deferred Payment Agreement form with your local CHS Southwest Grain accountant.

Delayed Price Program

Minimum of 300 falling numbers required. There is no minimum charge. There is a service fee for each Delayed Price contract. The service fees will be waived if the grain is sold within 15 days of delivery. All Delayed Price contracts expire on May 31. All storage charges will need to be paid by then to continue with your program. All DP programs are limited by space availability at individual locations. The Delayed Price Program is subject to change without prior notice.
